Getting Ready
Photographs from the morning of the wedding day.
We each had a photographer with us as we were getting dressed and preparing for the day ahead.

Our order of services, waiting to be distributed around the Church

My beautiful wedding dress. My amazing Mum made this for me from scratch, using three different patterns, without ever fitting it to me. She made it over the Covid pandemic, when we couldn't even meet up due to restrictions. She was able to source the material online, including the beautiful ivory lace, called "Heather Lace".

Once we were able to visit each other, I made the veil myself from the remaining tulle and the borders of the Heather lace. A lovely project to have shared with Mum.

Getting into that beautiful dress

Getting zipped in.

For my Wedding jewellery, I wore the pearl necklace and earrings that were gifted to me one by one, starting at my Christening by my Gran and Grampy. Without them able to attend, this was my way to keep them close to me.
